Our order placement process is so simple & streamlined! Simply browse through our product categories, and any of the medicines you intend to purchase, simply click on add to the cart.
While checking out, you can click on the Shopping Cart, filling up on the details like delivery address, making payment, and complete the ordering process.

Once you have placed the order, our online chemist shop starts processing it automatically. And thus, it is not possible to change/ cancel the items you have ordered. However, in case of your order items meet the conditions of exchange as per our return policy, you are most welcome to get your order exchanged!

In case you are facing trouble while placing an order on our website, you can simply contact our customer support team! So don’t hesitate to contact us either through mail, chat, or call on all working days, including weekends and public holidays, and our team would be more than happy to help you!

There are two delivery options that you can select during checkout:

  • Regular post- in this, you will be receiving the ordered item within an estimated 5 days of dispatch
  • Express post- this is an expedited or priority delivery, and you can receive your ordered item within an estimated 2 days of dispatch

Once you place the order for your medicine and make payment, your item will be dispatched from the warehouse of our company. You will be communicated through email, informing you that your product packet is already on the way.
Our delivery partners also provide you with the parcel tracking link, facilitating you to track the order. And you can check the status of your order at any time by simply logging into your account.

Under the condition of receiving a faulty/ damaged order, you just have to follow the procedure of our returns and refunds. Simply select the option of Returns on our website from the drop-down menu.
Make sure to provide as much of the detailing of the fault with the pictures as possible & this will be helping our representatives to process the returns in a timely way.

In case you have received the parcel with the wrong product, you are instructed to follow the returns procedure by contacting us. You have to select the returns and make sure to provide comprehensive detailing to let our team process your return on time.
